Shipping policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Please allow initial creation time & then additional shipping time for your order to arrive as all items are custom created upon your order. Occasionally there may be potential delays due to high volume of orders or shipping delays by the carrier that are outside of our control.  If this occurs we ask that you please be patient as we do our very best to get you your custom orders in a timely manner & will happily assist if any questions arise. 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

FREE Standard shipping on orders of $100+. .

Local delivery

Local delivery isn't currently offered. Please check back soon to see if availability has updated or changed. 

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup near Wayland, MI 49348. Please message www.facebook.com/GypsyJoyCreations for pickup code & location prior to placing your order. 

After placing your order and entering your local pickup discount code at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. 

International Shipping

International Shipping outside of the United States isn't currently offered. Please check back soon to see if availability has updated or changed. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout when/if this option becomes available. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please message us at www.facebook.com/GypsyJoyCreations or for non Facebook users you can contact us at gypsyjoycreations@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please provide a physical address for shipping purposes as some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery on limited items. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note this excludes custom orders & personalized items which are final sale. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please message us at www.facebook.com/GypsyJoyCreations or for non Facebook users you may email us at gypsyjoycreations@gmail.com within 3 days of date of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
